In Asia, the song peaked at the top spot for 4 weeks, and it was the only song from a girl-group to have reached the pole position during that time second to the Spice Girls' Wannabe, making both acts rivals.

"I Know Where It's At" was the first video released from the All Saints. It was to show the girls in an urban setting as the more streetwise variants of girl groups. The video has been shot with very little colour with the girls almost in black and white. It was directed by Alex Hemming.
